Nice to hear from you Del.  I won't go into the details of your argument
except to say that I think you have misunderstood some of what I have
written and that we just don't agree on the remainder.  I specifically
disagree with your closing statement that "None of this is really open to
speculation or to argument."  Obviously you are in error on this point,
because I'm arguing.
