Same hoax, different wording as was on PTG-L a couple weeks ago. Disregard. Please list friends, if you receive anything that has words to the effect of "please forward this message to everyone you know, all your friends, etc." -- at a minimum suspect a hoax, and whatever you do, don't forward it to anyone (or any group mailing list such as this).
