You are in a climate different than the ones we are in, for the most part. Find and talk to as many piano tuners in your immediate area and get their opinions about durability, survivability, playability, tuning and tone over a long period of time. Then armed with opinions go out and find the piano you just love and cannot live without and buy that one and get a really good technician to keep it sounding and feeling the way you like it. Remember, _everyone_ has opinions and most of them are wrong so form your own. Lots of luck. Newton
