Ball fitting for hammer

Very cool idea! I ought to take a "cue" from you and epoxy mine too. Btw, I 
was thinking of buying that stuff that coats surfaces with a kind of soft 
but very durable vinyl...like what you see on some plyer handles, or even 
the "club" anti-theft lock. I would like to coat the ball AND about 3/4ths 
of the handle. I think it would look pretty nice too, but I'm not sure where 
to find it, or exactly what it's called. If anyone knows, please fill me in.
