I didn't know you were a 'south-paw' Clyde.? I saw the 'Wonderwand' at the convention too. I turned it on a few of the pins in a few different positions, and I wasn't as convinced it would be what I would want either. Perhaps it has a lot to do with how a person handles their tuning hammer. I don't grab it in any one place for the whole operation. No death grip. My hand kind of flows over the hammer all the way from the very end, to being choked up all the way to the point where my thumb is right next to the tuning tip. But the time I've set the pin, my hand is choked up on the hammer and ready to move it so easily to the next pin. I think it's kind of a personal thing that everyone sort of has to learn to do themselves. So, yes, I think it does matter how you use your hammer in the first place. Just my take.
