Upright double flanges

Hi all,

I 'm working on a 1904 Kranich & Bach upright with double flanges.  This is
the first time I have dealt with this set up.  I consider myself adept at
vertical damper regulation but am curious if I will encounter a new learning
curve with the double flange system.

Here is were I stand: I have all the flanges off the rail.  The hammers and
dampers were never removed from the flange.  The dampers have not been
replaced.
