The shuttle is free and is the best way from Regan to the Hyatt unless you are in a hurry. If pressed for time, grab a cab for $5. And I usually enjoy a stroll. At any rate, one took the elevator to the sub-basement and strolled through a minimall (shops etc.) type environment unit one reached the Metro stop.
