Yeah, some numbers indeed.

OK, Joe, I'll bite, why?  A FAC of 7 will then be 4.94, a too small
number for any FAC except in rare cases.  A low tension scale will
likely produce lower numbers than 7 so my curiosity is up about the
reasons for your recommendations.

Dumb minds need to know.
