I did once but never again. There is a superior tool set available from Ralph Onesti which allows you to cut bushings out of anything you please, pine, walnut, rosewood, whatever. The cheap set from Schaff uses phenoline (sp) plastic bushings which are far too hard and if you don't chanfer the inside side of the hole the pin will hit it and flex giving an unpleasant feel to the keys.
