Most likely candidate is string ticking damper wires.  Best
solution is rebush the guide rail.  Or you can try to move the
guide rail slightly to the left (force it over when all screws are
loose and tighten them as the pressure is maintained.  Or can can
use wire benders just above the damper flange to bend the wire ever
so slightly so the damper rides the left side of the bushing but
without impeding the wire movement up and down.

There are lots and lots of other possibilities but that is the
first one I would check.
