Charly,
Understand your consternation over the charges but I sent my SAT into
Inventronics to have it serviced.  I had them also check the keypad and
all other facts of the instrument to make sure that I wouldn't break
down.  I used the time to practice my aural techniques and do shop work
and it all worked out just fine.  This way I also had a guarantee incase
something went wrong. Have a great day.
