Broken screw in Steinway hammer rail

I have drilled a couple of these out using a left hand 3/32" drill bit in a
reversable drill. I then removed the remains with a small screw extractor or
an ice pick and tweezers. It depends on how well you get the drill centered
on the screw. If you can get a split point left hand drill bit it helps.
