Needham upright piano info query

Does anyone have any date info or a good educated guess on the birthdate
of a Needham upright serial No. 26152 ? The atlas only goes back to
1895-35500.
Case is figured maple and nicely carved. Open face pinblock, overstrung
with 88 keys.
Any clues on what kind of rail the middle pedal may have been attached
to?
Client wants to know if it was ever a good piano and if it's worth
rebuilding
from a tonal stand point.
