Moderate the list?

Hello Jon, If you my other post. You with see a suggestion for moderator
actions. He does not censor, or filter.. Only works behind the scene.
Give suggestions to individuals to not send off topic posts. Has  the
ability to remove someone that insists on continuing doing so.
