I service a August Forster 6'3" grand that is less than ten years old. It is a very well built piano. The regulation is a little unusual, in that the dampers lift quite high and some of the parts are different than usual. The hammers had to be voiced, being very rough from the factory. Now that some regulation and voicing have been done, it is quite nice. Fit and finish are very good. Strings are individually tied. Ray T.
