Customer Ratio

Martin,

Most of my private client base is on a 6 month schedule. Try pre-scheduling
your next appointment while at this one; be sure to tell the customer you
will call to confirm, then do so. It's much easier to have a quick chat or
leave a message saying something like "I have on my calendar that I'm
supposed to come service your piano next xxxx at xxx time. Is that still on
yours? If that time and date doesn't work we can always reschedule. Please
call me at xxx-xxxx and let me know." Works like a charm.

Gina
