National holiday non booty earthquake rain day

Thank you for your concern.

However, there is a large earthquake every 100 years in this area, and it´s 
way overdue.
Scientists are waiting for more earthquakes that might be closer to the 
city.  But we shouldn´t worry too much.  It won´t, most likely, be as large 
as a Californian earthquake but the Steinway I mentioned would get a jolt.
