Hi Clyde, I don't know how long the break was there, but it was below the wood line so it was not noticeable to the eye. I took the action out to the shop as the jacks were now positioned in front of the knuckles and tearing them up. I figured it was a better solution to shut down the piano than have the musicians tear it up on Sunday. Does anyone know whether the Weber action is compatible with other actions that are more accessible for parts?
