Watever you do DON"T rule out the possibility of a rebuilt D. D's are 
available on the wholesale market for not too much more than B's so the price 
of 50,000$ is in the ballpark for a rebuilt D that, if properly done, would 
be the equal and in nearly all cases the superior of a new one! Please feel 
free to e-mail me off-list to discuss reputable rebuilders.
