A nightmare waiting to happen. So, don't say no, say you'll take a look at it. A close look. And remember ! Just because you_can_fix it doesn't make it a profitable venture. Know what your market is. Get a trailer, (just had to break down and buy a new one, not enough rust and paint left on the old one to safely move a piano). Buy 'em, fix 'em, sell 'em. Repeat. Beats full time tuning.
