We went out to look at a prospective piano for sale and declined.
The owner said, "But your ad says that you buy pianos".

My reply was, "It didn't say we have to . . .".

Old beat up, player in a barn over looking the ocean.
A nightmare waiting to happen.

So, don't say no, say you'll take a look at it. A close look.
And remember !  Just because you_can_fix it doesn't make it
a profitable venture.

Know what your market is.

Get a trailer, (just had to break down and buy a new one, not
enough rust and paint left on the old one to safely move a piano).

Buy 'em, fix 'em, sell 'em. Repeat.

Beats full time tuning.
