Of course David, the real suckers here are the customers - I mean, how many
people would be dumb enough to pay out good money on that kind of invoice?
If I were a customer who knew nothing about pianos, I would certainly be
asking what a pin was and then asking how much gold content was in each one
to justify the $25.00.  Do not be frustrated for the client's sake.  He or
she must take some of the responsibility.  It seems that for every rip-off
tradesman there is in the world, there are many more gullible customers!  -
That's why is he is still in business.   Brian Holden, NZ
