There has been some talk going around these days regarding new web domain names. Obviously most of the good .com names have already been taken. A relatively new domain is emerging known as .cc. For example, www.lovetheweb.cc. These domain names are now widely up for sale. Can anyone see the logic in a pianotech investing in a cc.? It would seem that a way of registering a domain name yourself without the use of expensive brokers should be possible. You sometimes here of stories of how someone made megabucks selling a domain name to some big company who wanted it. The reality of course is such stories are far and few between and it probably isn't too bright to invest in a name just for the sake of doing so. The brokers want quit a bit of change for registering names. Any thoughts? Rob Goodale, RPT Las Vegas, NV
