Kawai Howard

[Newton Hunt]

It is a piano built by Kawai for Baldwin.  There are a few changes
but it is a Kawai.  Loose pins are common with this piano from that
era.  Actually I had more problems with the Kawais than I did with
the "Howards".

If there is room tap the pins.  If not turn them back a half turn
then back again.  They may tighten up because the bushing move the
the pin.

Watch for loose glue joints like loose hammers and loose lyre
joints.
