Greetings, How big is this piano? and does it have a full plate or that "partial" approach they used for a while in the beginning? Is the action a typical action? It sounds like the piano needs approx. $20,000 worth of work, maybe more by the time you have a custom set of legs and lyre made for it. It should be worth between $30,000 and $50,000 when finished, depending on size. Without seeing the piano, I will take a real flyer and say the piano may be worth $5,000 in present condition, at least around here, anyway. Regards, Ed Foote RPT
