Yes, of course. The refrigerated air can hold less water, increasing the 
relative humidity. The AC removes water from the air but not enough to 
keep the overall relative humidity of the building from rising. After 
all, at the point in the machinery where water is being removed from the 
air, the relative humidity is 100%, but as that water-saturated cool air 
is moved out into the larger area of the building and mixes with warmer 
air the relative humidity lowers, but the RH will still  be unlikely to 
be as low as uncooled air outside the building.
