Hi Brian! I am not familiar with MS Pub..., but almost any program will allow you to click on "File" (upper-left corner) and select "Save As". Then look for where you can select "File Type". Most all graphic programs will let you save a file as a jpeg or any of several other common formats. Good Luck!
