Robo, Just a couple thoughts. One, I hope a company representative will respond and tell us that there really is an easier way. Two, if that is not the case, why after all these years does a manufacturer still do stuff like this to us? Third, if a customer (or the piano) is annoying enough I don't go back. Fourth, it is common courtesy to include your name with all emails to this list. Thank you.
