Pitch Raise Oddity

Hi Terry,

    I've run into this several times over the years. Invariably, the 
previous tuner
was "advanced" in age, shall we say, so I could only assume that like usually
happens to all of us eventually, he'd begun to lose his hearing in the high
treble. I only hope if this happens to me, someone will have the courage to
tell me about it!!!!!!  :-)
