Hey, one teacher of mine had the following explanation;

"My cat´s sick!"

"Pardon"

"My piano sounds just the way my cat sounds when he´s sick; 
meeeoooooowwwwwmmmmeeeeooooowwww"

ERGO: Out of tune piano.

Put that into the "miscellaneous" category on your list!  :Þ
