Quick fixes, huh?...

One of the first I'd look for is tight keys.  I've seen an awful lot of
pianos that had (some very) tight balance holes.  It's amazing what that'll
do when it's contributing to the problem.  Also a good time to check front
and balance rail bushings.?  That's probably one of the fastest things to
look for.

I apologize for not knowing if the SG-155 is a grand or a vertical.  (Does
the "G" stand for grand?)

You could look for early damper timing.  That can usually be fudged one way
or another to help the touch, although it won't do anything when the sustain
pedal is depressed.

(If it's a grand), lightening the hammers is one possibility.  (Hammer
filing.?)

It gets more complicated the farther you go, and more time consuming and
complex.

A narrow action spread, poor capstan location, poor knuckle location, poor
key weighting, ...  it starts to get pretty complicated pretty quickly
(which translates to more $$$, and not quite so quick.)
