Outlook Express saves all your email in the following Windows folder: C:\Windows\Application Data\Identities\{CA603E6080....}\Microsoft\Outlook Express. Your Address Book is in nearly the same Windows Folder: C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book You will probably find find you email does not fit on a floppy disk. I regularly back mine up on a CD. Also, there is always the archive!
