The cost of the hammer butt flanges is $2.73 for 10 of 'em, plus tax plus freight. The part number is T0101309 and can be order from our Piano Parts Dept. at 800 854 1569. I would also suggest that you sell a hammer filing (or reshaping) to make the hammer alignment job simpler after the flanges are replaced.
