A "grey market" anything is an item that was bult for sale in one area but is 
exported to an area that was not originally intended to be a sales 
destination.
In this particular usage "grey market Yamahas", it describes those pianos 
which were made for sale and use in their domestic markets, i.e. Japan, etc.
 Yamaha uses a different materials moisture content for their domestic 
production than they use for 'some of' their export models.
