"Weber" Woes

I will "2nd" what J Patrick said..Bill is a good guy who was very helpful to
me earlier this year with not 1 but _2_ expanding action brackets jobs..I
believe he told me that he only works part-time for Weber, so I would
suggest that you be patient and persistent with him..he's a good guy.
