Hi Conrad, It was a US publication, I was taking the info from:-) I think the schools up here now teach metric, from the start. So the younger generation think, metric. Ok, I figured it out for you, if my math is right each inch is 25.4mm, and 27/64 is 10.72mm. Adding them up = 112.32mm, so as you indicated you were close. The government, as per usual did things wrong, they tried to force bi-lingulism. All they had to do was start it in kindergarten, and all the young people. would be naturally fluent in both languages, with no hard feelings, by now. All I have is a couple of years of high school French. So my French is about a 2 year olds level. Regards, John M.
