Hello. Yes, Andre's video is good for replaceing an already made board. For
$20 or so, Nick Gravagne will send you a printed manual on how to do the
same thing. I also recommend the 20-year CD ROM and the Reprint CD ROM.
Somewhere in there is excellent info on a air press using fire hose to bend
& clamp ribs to panel. This is a really easy method for the small-timer
becuase you could actually do one rib at a time - and therefore a minumum of
jigs/tools! I should think you may want to have a good mill glue you up a
panel. Maybe make one out of Tasmanian Spruce???
