Might it be that they KNOW they have that reputation in the places where they began, and now that they've expanded, it has followed them? Is it that they appear to be all marketing and hype? (Note the advertising concerning existing Baldwin stock.........) As for me, I'd much rather deal with Roger. Or Willem (at least previously). Or Jon. Or.......
