I think Randy Potter sells them. There is probably an email link at his website www.pianotuning.com. There's not much to it, 12 pages and softbound. But it's not the size that counts; it's the usefulness, although in a few instances I wonder why their time for a specific job varies so much from mine. Nevertheless, I think it is a helpful resource for anyone in the piano service business.
