Discussion among Peers (was: Lighten Touch)

That's the risk you take when you have a list like this one.  Information
that is incomplete and that can be misused is available everywhere.
Limiting the list to RPT's would eliminate some very knowledgable people who
simply don't want to be bothered with the test.
