Fender Rhodes Tuning - Emergency!!!

No strings:  basically tuning forks with weight adjustment to alter pitch. A
small coiled spring around the vibrating tine.
When I used to tune these, I found that twisting the tuning spring (as if
screwing or unscrewing  it) with thumb and forefinger gave good control in
adjustment.
