tm,
       I also don't believe in Kangaroo courts. Some form of respectable and
fair process has to take place,  before some ones name can become tarnished.
   My number one concern is the customer.   She hired an RPT in good faith, 
PTG has lots on liturature extolling the vurtues of it's RPT members.   If the
facts are as stated? It's time for PTG to make this piano good for the
customer, one way or another.
Unless this is done PTG is guilty of false advertising.
