Poor Technician Workmanship Question (kinda long)

In this day and age what are your liabilities.  I think you can only try to
drum a body out.  If  they want I believe that they could make life mighty
expensive and miserable for the Guild.  I do not believe Guild standards are
coded in law.  Thee are way to many ways to tighten a screw or hang a
