Gee whizz Roger, I'm glad I don't live in a hot place like that. It never goes above about 92 F or 93 F down here! I'm working up a sweat just thinking about that. And to make this post piano related, that must be he...ck on the pianos. When it is that hot in July & August, is it also humid (and if so, I'll bet everyone opens their windows - which I like, but the pianos do not like)? I know your winters are very dry. Today's indoor Florida home is, IMHO, one of the kindest year-round climates for a piano: 65F to 80F in temp., and about 35% to 70% relative humidity.
