This is a nice idea.  So, if there is nothing out there that suits you, there 
is a way to have your own custom calendars made.  I have seen that the photo 
copy stores such as Kinko's and the parcel packing stores such as Mail Boxes, 
Etc., offer custom made calendars to their customers.

If you have, for example, 12 digital photos (or regular pictures scanned and 
put into JPEG or similar format) of pianos you have rebuilt, or if you are 
not a rebuilder, 12 pictures of pianos in 12 of the nicest furnished homes 
and/or public places you service, you can have one of these places make up 
just the kind of calendar that would compliment your business.

If you don't have these kinds of images now, you can start building the 
collection you need for next year.
