loose-pins

[Stephen Airy]

What kind of torque wrench or whatever is good for
measuring tuning pin torque?  I got some pins in my
piano that are somewhat loose -- when I put the hammer
on the pin and just barely touch the tip with a
featherlight touch with my finger, the sound changes.
