FAC, etc/Humidity

Sid,
It has been my contention that humidity, relative to the moisture content in
the soundboard, bridges & wire, changes the basic inharmonicity of a note.
As I take readings with each and every tuning I do and log it on my "Tuning
Record/Business Card", I am able to note the inharmonicity differences on my
return tunings. Yes, I keep track of the "expansion number", as well. A bit
anal, but it helps me understand why each tuning is an entity in/of itself.
Regards,
Joe Garrett, RPT, (Oregon)
