A piano I service has a collapsed soundboard with a severe forward bridge
roll.  Unisons are difficult to keep in tune from midrange to a little
beyond the treble break.

Can this be corrected, and how does it affect tone quality?  Also, since the
piano is fairly expensive, would this situation have an adverse affect on
value?
