Hi Terry,

I made a variety of those thingees for a friend who has arthritis in
his left arm.  It took the impact effect off his arm and now he can
tune with great ease.  I also made one for me but end up giving it to
him as well.

I , and he, prefer the stick with hammer felt punching glued to the
ends.  You can get some REAL impact with that arrangement.

Bonger and ear plugs - un out beatable tuning.
