Referral Fees

 Did you not offer a bird dog fee/commision for techs who referred clients to 
your store?
 I offer "referral fees" to techs who send business above a certain level to 
me. This "referral fee" is 5% but does not apply to anything under 1K.
 I also discount my work 'for' other techs at various amounts depending on 
the circumstances and the distance involved.
 As for this "agent" I would have told him very quickly just what to do with 
his "20-% commision" but that is another story. Way to go Howard! 
 As for the question "why should I?"....... Because the larger your branches 
are the more wind you will catch....just think about it. :-)
