Ivory Key cleaning and buffing

Lay toilet paper across the keys, three or four layers worth and spray
the H2O2 on the tissue, just enough to keep it damp, not enough to
allow it to drip between the keys.  Put the keys outside in the
sunlight so the UV helps the whitening.

It is the UV plus the H2O2 that does the work.
